The process of buying a house can be many different
things for many different people. The main thing when buying is having
someone you can trust and that can gain a sense of what you are looking for
and keep you informed and educated on the areas you are interested in.
The internet has dramatically made the job of
the Realtor much easier than it once was. Many times before I have even
talked to a client they already have a list of houses that they have
gathered by searching the web and driving around on their own. My lack of a
large name broker and large advertising budget gives me the opportunity to
reward buyers for their added interest and work they put into the process.
I rebate all my Buyers 20% of my commission after closing. Depending on the
